About Us
After years of paying gym memberships fees, it hit me: why don't I build a gym of my own? With a gym inside my home, I would eliminate the excuse of not being able to make it to the gym, I would keep more of my money and most importantly be home! Eight months of gym fees would total a lifetime of convience and privacy!

I started doing some research and was able to find some gently used equipment that I refurbished to make look new. The end result was a gym that tailored excatly to my workout goals with the convience of my home.

We are a motivated family of four, dedicated to never being on the couch. We explore this Great State of ours, breathing it's fresh air. Fitness at home has helped us keep up with all Texas and Houston have to offer.
